The SUNS 1st Corner Hotel Show!!!

Thursday 23 June, The SUNS play their first ever show at Melbourne's legendary international live venue the Corner Hotel (57 Swan St, Richmond)! The SUNS along with British India & Spargo will be supporting Melbourne's best singing band The Basics who will be launching their debut EP on the night. This is already shaping up to be a massive night with The Basics EP already picking up a fair bit of national radio airplay. Pre-sale tickets at $10 can be purchased by emailing The Suns or by contacting JBoss at 0400 750 700. Doors open: 830 pm.

"This show is a dream come true for The SUNS. I saw The Datsuns play a glorious show at the Corner three years ago with Spazzys as their support act! Ever since that day, I've been dreaming of just being on that same stage with The SUNS! It's taken us 1 1/2 years to get a show at the Corner Hotel! It'll be really fabulous if all ya SUNRockers can come along and share with us this important moment in The Suns history! It's gonna be a night to remember," said San Singer.

With production of their new CD gaining momentum, The SUNS take a break from the studio to play their monthly resident $1 pot night at Laundry (50 Johnston St, Fitzroy) this Thursday at 9pm. This month's lineup features Supercede and Troubled Minds, both highly-touted and young emerging rock bands. Please note that The SUNS will not be headlining this month's Laundry show due to their busy recording schedule! They'll be on at 10pm instead. Doors Open: 9pm. $5 entry.
