The SunS Debute at the Duke

The SunS bring their unforgettable brand of rock/reggae/punk and hormone-driven arena rock antics to The Duke of Windsor (179 Chapel St, Windsor) for the first time on Thursday, in between sets by the Police influenced Organized Crime and melodic metal rockers, Valanti (Photo right).

"The show at the Duke is gonna be our first show in the Chapel St scene. We plan to rock the venue down to its shambles. It's gonna be a great night cos we're playing with our mates from Organised Crime. They do an awesome reggae song that you should check out! After our set, we're gonna stick around to check out Valanti cos their lead singer is so hot she makes me sweat metal! So come down and be apart of da mayhem" exclaimed San Singer.

The SunS have made front page news in the entertainment section of Singapore's daily broadsheet newspaper, The Straits Times!

"We couldn't believe it. It's such an honor for us to be in the newspaper. Word back home has been spreading and people are getting excited about what we're doing here. The day the article was published, our website counter jumped by over 1000 unique hits!" exclaimed JBoss.

You can read a scanned version of The Straits Times article here.

For those of you who missed out on the sticker launch at The Espy, you can still get a the brightest rock sticker in da land at any one of The SunS shows while stocks last! You can also check out some photos from the now legendary show below right.
